Tuna salad with tricolor Quinorich


  • Quinorich quinoa 1/2 cup
  • Chopped parsley 2 tablespoons
  • Canned tuna 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons


  1. Add Quinorich quinoa to boiling water, rinse after 10 minutes and cook like rice (you can also use the cat method)
  2. Pour cooked Quinorich quinoa, tuna (without oil), parsley and mayonnaise in a suitable bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer the salad to a suitable dish and serve with lettuce or vegetables.
