Tabbouleh with Quinoa


  • Quinorich  Quinoa  1 cup
  • Parsley  1/2 cup
  • Coriander  1/2 cup
  • Mint  1/2 cup
  • Small onion  1 pc
  • Tomatoes (chopped)  500 g
  • Lemon  2 pcs
  • Zidoi olive oil  1 cup
  • 9 Salt and pepper  in the required amount


  1. Boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt Add the Quinorich  Quinoa and rinse after 10 minutes and cook like rice to cook (you can also use parboil method)
  2. Chop tomatoes and onions, then mix it with cooked parsley, mint and coriander
  3. Pour lemon juice Then mix it with Zidoi olive oil, salt and pepper on the salad and enjoy
