Stuffed pepper with Quinoa


  • Sweet pepper  3 pcs
  • Zidoi olive oil  1 tablespoon
  • Quinorich  Quinoa  1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper  in the required amount
  • Minced meat  1 measure
  • Onion (chopped)  1/4 cup
  • Garlic (chopped)  2 cloves
  • Tomatoes (grated)  3/4 cup
  • Corn  1/4 cup
  • Cumin  1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder  1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika powder  1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander  2 tablespoons
