Sesame noodle


  • Noodles  250 grams
  • Zidoi Sesame oil  2 tablespoons
  • Sesame 1/2 cup
  • Chicken juice (or chicken powder and water)  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  2 tablespoons
  • Salt  1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder  1 teaspoon
  • Ground garlic  1/2 teaspoon
  • Bean sprouts 1/2 cup
  • Villagrame Balsamic Vinegar  2 teaspoons
  • Chopped cucumber  1/4 cup
  • Chopped shallots 1 teaspoon


  1. Cook the noodles and then wash them with cold water
  2. Drain and add sesame oil to it
  3. In another bowl, mix sesame seeds, chicken stock, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger and vinegar and stir well
  4. Add noodles and bean sprouts to the above mixture and mix Pour the noodles into a glass jar, covered with a plastic wrap, refrigerate it for 2 hours
  5. Garnish it with cucumber and shallots
