Rigatoni pasta pie


  • Rigatoni pasta (large tube) Divella 1 package
  • Salt  1 tablespoon
  • Water in the required amount
  • ZiDoi olive oil  4 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese in the required amount

Ingredients for the sauce base:

  • ZiDoi olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Butter a tablespoon
  • Onion (finely chopped)  1 pcs
  • Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
  • Celery stalk (finely chopped)  1 pc
  • Carrots (grated)  1pcs
  • Minced meat  250 g
  • Tomatoes (grated)  3 pcs
  • Spicy tomato sauce  1 teaspoon
  • Tomato paste 1 teaspoon
  • Water 1 cup
  • Milk  1 cup


  1. To prepare the sauce, heat up ZiDoi olive oil and butter in a suitable pan over medium heat Then fry the chopped onion and garlic in it Add the celery stalks and grated carrots and continue to fry Add the minced meat to the ingredients Add grated tomatoes, tomato paste and hot tomato sauce and mix Add water and milk at the end and let the ingredients cook over low heat until the sauce thickens
  2. Cook Divella pasta in some water and salt for 6 minutes and then put it under cold water and set aside
  3. Grease a belt mold (small size) with ZiDoi olive oil and place the pasta vertically and side by side in the mold, so that there is no empty space between them
  4. Pour the sauce you have made into pastas Cut mozzarella cheese into small pieces and spread on the ingredients, Put the mold in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes Then serve this delicious pasta pie
