White sauce ingredients:

  • Milk 3 and 1/2 cup
  • Butter 40 g
  • Flour 75 g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cups
  • Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • White pepper 1/2 teaspoon

White sauce recipe:

  1. Melt butter over a gentle heat and then add the flour and fry until cooked Add pepper and garlic powder at this stage and fry a little, then gradually add milk and stir quickly so that the flours do not stick together Stir sauce ingredients constantly to have a thick and homogeneous sauce and add the cheese at the end


  1. Finely chop the onion and fry the chicken in it and then add the spices along with the mushrooms to cook the ingredients and the mushroom juice to dry
  2. Mix the pasta with the chicken and mushrooms and add the white sauce
  3. Pour Divella pasta gratin ingredients into a suitable container or mold and cover it with grated cheese and place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes
