Pancakes (Quinoa flour)

Ingredients:

  • Flaxseed 2 teaspoons
  • Quinorich Quinoa flour  60 g
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoons
  • Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla syrup 1/2 cup

Recipe:

  1. Pour the flaxseed in 1/2 tablespoon of water and set aside
  2. Mix Quinorich  Quinoa flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
  3. Add 1/2 cup water, vanilla extract, soaked flaxseed and vanilla syrup to other ingredients and stir to form a smooth texture
  4. Heat a medium skillet and grease the surface with a little oil
  5. Pour some of the prepared mixture into the pan and allow your pancakes to cook till their color changes Then turn pancakes over so that the other surface is cooked and golden After the first set of pancake is ready, pour the rest of the ingredients continue the same (This amount of ingredients is suitable for 4 or 5 medium pancakes)
  6. Decorate the prepared pancakes with your favorite fruits and enjoy
