Mediterranean sandwich


  • Black olives (chopped)  4 tablespoon
  • Pita bread  2 pieces
  • Pesto sauce  6 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes (large)  2 pcs
  • Feta cheese  100 g
  • Cheddar cheese (sliced)  100 g
  • Parsley leaves (finely chopped)  8 to 10 pcs
  • ZiDoi olive oil  2 tablespoons


  1. Open one of the pita breads and cut in two
  2. Chop 2 tablespoons of finely black olives in one of them Cut a tomato and place the slices on the olives Add half of the feta cheese and cheddar cheese Sprinkle half of the finely chopped parsley leaves on the ingredients Cover the ingredients with three tablespoons of basil Place the bread slices on the ingredients
