Flake Barley and sesame cake


  • Eggs  2 pcs
  • Vanilla  1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar  1 glass
  • Sesame oil  1/2 glass
  • Milk  1 glass
  • Baking powder  1 teaspoon
  • Flour  2 glasses
  • Rose water 1 tablespoon


  1. Mix eggs with vanilla and sugar until creamy and elastic batter
  2. Add half of oil and milk and mix well
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder three times and add to the above ingredients in two steps and mix well
  4. Pour some ingredients in a pre-greased pan and pour barley flakes and sesame seeds on it and put it in a preheated oven (180 degrees for 45 minutes) Enjoy
