- Intenso coffee 1Cup
- Chocolate bar 200g
- Sugar 30g
- Breakfast cream 1ml
- Milk 200ml
- Gelatin 2 sheets
- Pour milk, cream and sugar into a bowl and place it on heat
- Shake Intenso coffee and 2 sheets of gelatin that you have previously prepared in cold water (remove excess water).
- Then add to the above ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- You can also chop the chocolate bar with a knife and add it to the mixture and mix it with a hand mixer, then pour it into the desired molds and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When serving panna cotta, garnish it with fruit or whipped cream, depending on your taste, and enjoy.
