Chocolate and coffee Panna Cotta


  • Intenso coffee 1Cup
  • Chocolate bar 200g
  • Sugar 30g
  • Breakfast cream 1ml
  • Milk 200ml
  • Gelatin 2 sheets


  1. Pour milk, cream and sugar into a bowl and place it on heat
  2. Shake Intenso coffee and 2 sheets of gelatin that you have previously prepared in cold water (remove excess water).
  3. Then add to the above ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. You can also chop the chocolate bar with a knife and add it to the mixture and mix it with a hand mixer, then pour it into the desired molds and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When serving panna cotta, garnish it with fruit or whipped cream, depending on your taste, and enjoy.
