  • Divella pasta 500 g
  • Butter 1/4 measure
  • Melted butter 1 tablespoon
  • Flour 1/4 cup
  • Dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk 3 cup
  • Ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped cheddar cheese 3 cup
  • Mustard sauce a teaspoon
  • Baked flour ½ cup


  1. Pour pasta into boiling water and cook 8 minutes, then drain
  2. Put 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan to soften and add flour to it Stir butter and flour for 3 to 4 minutes until they turn pale yellow Add thyme, red pepper and white pepper and mix everything well After a few minutes, add a cup of milk to the ingredients and when the whole ingredients are combined, add the rest of milk and Stir the ingredients again Bring to a boil over low heat
  3. Add nutmeg and salt to the ingredients and put the ingredients on low heat to thicken After 8 minutes, turn it off Pour 2 cups and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese in the milk mixture and mix them together Stir to melt the cheese Add mustard to the ingredients Your cheese sauce is ready
  4. Pour drained pasta into an unbreakable dish or Pyrex and pour the cheese sauce on it and mix the ingredients together On one side, mix breadcrumbs and a spoonful of butter and pour the mixture on the surface of the pasta and 3/4 Pour cups of cheddar cheese on their surface and put the side in the oven to cook for 20 minutes
